Sizing is wack

"They are warm but I'm not sure they will work under clothing as intended. I wear a small in heat holder's tights, but I ordered a medium pair of these thermals based on the size guide. Unfortunately, they stretched out immediately and are baggy in the crotch and knees now. On the other hand, the thermals are also quite short - I'm 5'4" and they come to my mid-calf. I unfortunately can't recommend these based on this sizing issue. They also pilled in the crotch on the first wear as well."
