Our store is priced in Canadian dollars. All prices, charges or fees are in Canadian dollars.
What are your shipping costs?
For orders less than $50.00 there is a flat shipping charge of $9.99 for Ground Service to anywhere in Canada.
For orders $50.00-$74.99 there is a flat shipping charge of $4.99 for Ground Service to anywhere in Canada.
Orders of $75.00 or more receive Free Shipping (Ground service) to anywhere in Canada.
How soon will you ship?
Orders placed before 11:00am (Eastern time), it will ship within 2 business days. While we will try our best to meet this service level, there could be delays due to unavoidable circumstances or holiday rush. We tend to experience holiday rush in November and December. Once your order ships, you will receive an email from us with tracking information.
Where do you ship from?
Our fulfillment warehouse is located in Mississauga, Ontario and your order will ship from that location.
What mode of transport do you use? how soon can I expect to receive my order?
We will use a ground service. Allow 2-5 business days depending on where you are located in Canada. This is not guaranteed, it is only an estimate.
